COACHING PACKAGES

 

My coaching packages follow a simple and effective four stage process

 

Stage 1 - Discover

Be guided through a process of self discovery to gain clarity on what you want to BE, DO and HAVE

Stage 2 - Assess

We will look at your current situation to identify where you are now, in order to get you where you want to be

Stage 3 - Design

It is time to get creative and organised, designing a tailored action plan to achieve your desired outcome.

Stage 4 - Action

Time to focus on taking the necessary steps to get to where you want to be, remaining focused and motivated along the way.

How does it work?

You will firstly need to schedule a call with me. During this initial 40 minute call we will have the opportunity to ensure that:

  1. Coaching is right for you

  2. We are a good fit for each other and my style of coaching resonates with you

  3. You are clear on what to expect of me as a coach and what will be expected of you as a client

Following this call and once you have purchased your desired Coaching Package, you will book an allotted time to call me. The Coaching will take place over the phone in 60 minute sessions. Depending on location and availability, face to face coaching can also be arranged.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you will need to commit to will depend on which Coaching Package you select. The minimum number of sessions I advise is 6, this is to allow sufficient time to see real sustainable change.

How often should I have a session?

This will depend on what it is you want to achieve. Usually clients start with one session per week to kick-start their progress and then reduce the frequency as they reach their goals.

What can i expect?

The coaching sessions will:

  • Provide you with the opportunity to focus on YOU in a safe and supportive environment

  • Help you clarify what it is that YOU really want

  • Defined the necessary steps to get you where YOU want to be

  • Create strategies that will ensure you take action. Planning is great but no actions = no results

  • Identify and overcome obstacles, fears, doubts and insecurities to clear your path to success

  • Provide you with the accountability to ensure you stay on track

As your Coach I will:

  • Encourage and motivate you

  • Offer unconditional, unbiased and nonjudgmental support

  • Give you my undivided attention and really listen to you

  • Challenge you to go beyond the surface of an issue and get to the bottom of what is really holding you back

  • Give you a completely confidential service
